Thank you so much for leading this group at Cincinnati Children’s. Your knowledge, passion, and compassion for IDEA are intrinsic. Working with you has set a standard of best practices, your materials are detailed and well thought out, and your organizational skills created an ease to this project. It was highlighted among participants of the program as well, I noticed how you have such a skill for creating space for everyone’s voices and this is so appreciated. Your storytelling during and after sessions have been powerful, and meaningful. I am so grateful to have found you and look forward to our ongoing work together on future projects!

Dr. Rojas spoke to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion working group at the Technology Transformation Services (GSA). She is a very thoughtful, energetic, engaging leader and facilitator who is committed to developing equity, inclusion, and dignity practices across organizations. The curriculum she developed to enhance cultural competencies and high emotional intelligence within our group was very well received, and we even went over time because participants wanted to learn more and immediately access the resources Dr. Rojas shared. I hope we can invite Dr. Rojas again for another session with an even bigger group at our organization.

Prime Time for Women, Inc
Prime Time for Women, a nonprofit that promotes healthy aging through research-based programs that foster positive social connections, believes every woman deserves to be seen and heard…and when they are, they inspire others.
According to the DMC Clinic, “The need to be heard is one of the most basic, yet potent needs we have as social beings.” Sharing our thoughts and ideas is how we connect, express what we need, and explain who we are at our core. The tagline on our website is: “Be Seen. Be Heard. Inspire.” This is not just a catchy marketing phrase. This is our mission!
Adriana Rojas, PhD spoke at Prime Time for Women's Walking to Wellness, a weekly program where community members from diverse backgrounds gather to connect, learn, share, talk and walk. For 116 consecutive weeks, a variety of speakers have shared their passion, knowledge, stories, thoughts and ideas. No speaker thus far has captured our mission as eloquently as Dr. Rojas. Our members heard her stories but more importantly they felt them in their hearts. Through stories, Dr. Rojas is able to offer new perspectives, increase understanding and generate empathy for others.
Dr. Vivek Murphy, the US Surgeon General, said "Empathy has the power to bring together people who would otherwise never meet." So does Dr. Adriana Rojas.

DEIA in government has become a political hot potato, but it shouldn’t be. It’s essential. And this session at NextGen emphasized to our community that they matter and that their diversity should be embraced, not just tolerated. We wanted to work with Dr. Rojas because she is so passionate about the topic area and so invested in helping our government community achieve their goals. One of our attendees said, “This is the session I needed today, it’s been a hard year, and this session helped me see where things could go.” We would recommend Dr. Rojas for any conference or lecture, her passion, knowledge and conversational approach makes difficult topics easy to digest.

Adriana knows who she is and embraces the strength of her own character every day. She is a gracious and professional individual who uses both quantitative and qualitative data when telling a story. I am privileged to have worked with Adriana planning and executing special emphasis diversity programs. In particular, the "No me borre/Don't Erase Me: Fostering Hispanic Visibility” program was exceptional. Adriana is a powerful speaker, using storytelling and personal anecdotes to convey her message. Her audiences are left recharged and ready to take on the continued challenges of advancing diversity and equity initiatives. Adriana expertly cultivated a sense of sisterhood and camaraderie through her collaboration with Federally Employed Women (FEW). I would recommend her to anyone who needs either a keynote speaker or a workshop leader.
