My IDEA Coaching & Fellowship is an expert-led and peer-learning program designed to empower individuals like you who are passionate about fostering Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA). Whether you are looking to increase your understanding, influence or change policies, practices, or systems, this coaching and fellowship program is tailored to support your growth as an IDEA change agent.
Dr. Adriana Rojas endeavors to be an antidote for the IDEA field plagued by binary ways of thinking, competitiveness, and individualism. Here, I cultivate understanding and advancement without assigning blame, prioritizing our shared humanity and courageous conversations over cancellation. My approach focuses on meeting individuals at their current point on the journey and taking them to the next level. Central to my methodology is creating a space of psychological safety and teaching empathy and courage.

Expert Guidance: Benefit from a safe, small group coaching sessions themed around IDEA topics, led by Dr. Adriana Rojas.
Peer Collaboration: Engage with a community of change agents who share your commitment to making a positive impact.
Flexible Assignments: Complete two 15-minute assignments at your own pace, accommodating your busy schedule.
Monthly 90-Minute Conversations: Enjoy a monthly 90-minute check-in with your coach and cohort, providing personalized insights and encouragement for your journey.
Accountability Partners: Foster deeper insights through monthly calls with your assigned partner, expanding your support network and creating breakthroughs together.
Your Committment

2-3 hours each month from June to October, encompassing:
two 1-hour individual coaching sessions with Dr. Rojas
five 90-minute group coaching sessions
1 or 2 monthly assignment(s), no more than 30-minutes
five 30-minute check-ins with your accountability partner
Choose among Tuesdays 8-9:30 AM ET, Tuesdays 12-1:30 PM ET, or Tuesday 7-8:30 PM ET

The program fee for early bird registration is $450 per person ($600 after August 10).
